By downloading, installing, or using SnapBox (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SnapBox is a photo-first expense diary that allows you to track spending, capture receipt photos, and review your expense history. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. User Accounts
- You must sign in using Apple Sign-In to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must not share your account credentials with others.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all data and photos you upload to SnapBox. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the service.
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We do not guarantee the accuracy of expense tracking or financial calculations.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
