- Expense data — amounts, categories, merchant names, notes, and dates you enter.
- Receipt photos — images you upload to document your expenses.
- Device information — device type and operating system version for app compatibility.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain the SnapBox service.
- Display your expense history, summaries, and reports.
- Store and retrieve your receipt photos securely.
- Improve the app based on usage patterns (anonymized).
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure (hosted on AWS). Receipt images are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to your account. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. We may disclose data only if required by law.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:
- Access and export your data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
